Obituary of Silotte Simeon

Silotte Simeon, 77 years of old of Norwalk, CT passed away November 8, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 25, 1942 in Port Magort, Haiti to the late Oja Simeon and Mrs. Oja Simeon.

She was a devoted member of the Miracle Temple Church of God.

Silotte is survived by her loving children, Mirlande, Alin, James, Blain Simeon and their Spouses Kenol, Chantale who lives in Connecticut, Michelle, of Massachuset, and Jakie who lives in Haiti. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jeff Labranche, Bianka Labranche, Mirlene Panier,  Sherly Jean-Baptiste, Clifton Simeon, Tyler Simeon, Jeremiah Simeon, Alina Simeon, Dave Blain Simeon, Esther Simeon, Emmanuel Simeon. Great grandchildren, Anaya, Aryana Barley. Sisters and Brothers Gerard St Hilaire, Rosealia, Mrs Elias Edouard, Mrs Ovile Jean Pierre, Marie Isaac, Francoise Simeon, Ambroise.  Her nieces and nephews, Marie Gerald, Jean Gresser, Geurline, Junior St-Hilaire, Jean Ernel, Herve, Rony Isaac, Gamaniel, Eunid, Gladys  Edouard,  Navia Jean Pierre. As well as Silotte’s cousins, Francoise, Willy, Elene, Maltide, Serge, Faniel, Wilna Bien Aime, Fransnise, Rodenel, Roosvelt, Fedalande Almonor, Rodney, Eveline Belizaire, Elande Bien Aime, Ben Bien Aime, Gina Previlon, Siguelle Gelin, Donald Berthil, Gregory Thelusma, Anatole Almonor. In addition to her parent, Silotte was predeceased by her daughter Mirtha Simeon.

Friends are invited to greet the family on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 6PM to 9PM for calling hours at Hoyt-Cognetta/Raymond Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street Norwalk, CT. A service will be held Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Miracle Temple Church of God on Fairfield Ave Norwalk, CT 06854.  Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery at 81 Riverside Ave Norwalk, CT 06850
