To Juanita's Family:
You have my deepest sympathy. She was such a helpful person in the Norwalk community and serviced many of my clients with energy assistance.
I've known her since her arrival to Norwalk, CT and worked with her father-in-law, the Rev. John P. Ball for many years before relocating to North Carolina.
