Daniel Anthony DeMichael, a lifelong resident of Norwalk CT, passed away in a tragic car crash on Wednesday December 6th, 2023. Daniel is survived by his father, Glenn C. DeMichael; his Wife, Maria Kalmanidis; his Daughter Eleftheria (Elli); His brother, Michael McGrath and Sister, Sarah Belanger and spouse Robert; his Uncles and Aunts, Sean Cleary, Kevin Cleary, Brian Cleary, Michael & Moira Cleary, Tim & Monica Cleary, Eileen & James Slonski, Sheila & Joe Dominick, Mary & Carlo Mammoliti, Margaret Cleary, Jeffrey & Dorothy DeMichael, Lydia DeMichael and numerous cousins, niece and nephew. Daniel was proceeded in death by his mother, Noreen T. DeMichael; Maternal Grandparents, John & Eileen Cleary; Paternal Grandparents, Anthony & Theresa DeMichael; Aunts & Uncles, Daniel Cleary, Christopher Cleary, Kathleen VanScoy, Dave Brigante Sr. Daniel was born in Norwalk CT on September 7th, 1989, to Noreen and Glenn DeMichael. In 2009, Daniel met Maria where their love began. In 2018, they were blessed with the best gift of life with Elli. Daniel was a devoted Father; he would do anything and everything for his little girl. Daniel protected her up until his last moment and will continue to do so from the heavens above. Daniel had a love of arm wrestling, power lifting and working out. He also became a huge part of The Diner, New Canaan where he was loved by all. Daniel had a beautiful way of relating to everyone – young to old. His laughter would fill any room. He was definitely loved, and he will most definitely be missed.
