Luis Rojas also known as "Tata," 63, crossed over into the loving arms of our lord, surrounded by his adoring wife, children, and loved ones on July 2, 2021. Luis was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. Luis was a big soccer fan, his favorite thing to do besides spending time with his grandchildren was to watch and cheer for his home country, Vamos Chile!. He is predeceased by his parents, Yolanda Lira and Hector Rojas. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Rosa (Zuniga) Rojas, his daughter Silvana (Peter) Iannaccone, son Luis Rojas Jr., grandchildren Arianna, Peter III, and Jordan. He is also survived by sisters Yolanda, Monica (Steven) Cecilia, brothers Hector (Maria) and German (Monica), as well as extended Chile family including his sisters Elizabeth (late husband Miguel) and Marta. Luis was adored by all and had many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Lastly, the family would like to especially thank sister-in-law Monica for her dedicated care for Luis over the past months. Family and friends may visit or send flowers to Baker Funeral Services, 84 South Main Street, Norwalk, Ct 06854 on Thursday, July 8, from 5:00pm-8:00 pm for a memorial service. Church service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 9, at St. Joseph's Church located at 85 South Main St, Norwalk, Ct 06854, and will be immediately followed by a graveside service at Riverside Cemetery, 81 Riverside Avenue, Norwalk, Ct 06850. Masks are required.
