Obituary of Conrad Acosta

Please share a memory of Conrad to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Conrad Alexander was a beautiful baby boy born April 11th to two loving and caring parents, Colleen Theresa Featherston and Daniel Alexander Acosta. From the day his parents learned of their pregnancy, to the wonderful day of his birth and throughout his brief life, total love surrounded baby Conrad Alexander. Conrad Alexander was the love of his parent’s life and was adored and loved by both the Featherston and Acosta families, the proud parents of Colleen and Daniel. Colleen and Daniel’s amazing love and commitment to their beautiful baby was boundless and filled the hearts of all who were privileged to witness their care. Tender-loving care, surrounded Conrad Alexander every moment of his precious life. The playing of the choo -choo train game with his mom, surrounded by soothing music his ears were growing to recognize and enjoy, especially “Lullabye (Goodnight My Angel) by Billy Joel, will live in their hearts forever. Consistent love by his parents surrounded Conrad Alexander day and night. He loved his music mat; his strong hands and warm smile showed how athletic and charming he would become. His parents plan was to teach Conrad Alexander with all the children’s books his mom planned to read to him in the weeks, months and years to come. Conrad Alexander was unfortunately not granted the gift of a long life, however he brought joy and love to all who had the pleasure of meeting him. There is no doubt if he had been granted longevity of life, Conrad Alexander had already begun showing how he had Colleen’s smile and warm, inclusive, loving, and caring personality, along with his father Daniel’s handsome appearance, work ethic, and loyalty. With this mix of traits, Conrad Alexander would have grown to be a loving and caring young man and a credit to his community. For reasons we will never understand, Conrad Alexander was called home to Heaven way too soon. Conrad Alexander Acosta is survived by his mother and father, Colleen Theresa Featherston and Daniel Alexander Acosta. His grandparents John and Sheila Featherston as well as Julio and Betty Acosta. Aunts and uncles, Karen Featherston, Jennifer Featherston, Jay and Allie Featherston, Paschal Chukwu and Raymond Featherston, Diana Franko, Roberto Franco, Charlie and Karen Franko, Gabriel Acosta, Ruben Acosta, Julio Caesar Acosta and Melisa Gall. As well as a very large extended loving family. Funeral services will be held Tuesday June 22 at 11:00 AM at Assumption Church, Westport, CT with burial Riverside Cemetery in Norwalk, immediately following. Colleen and Daniel greatly appreciate the tremendous outpouring of love and prayers. There will be no viewing hours.
