Marie Guerda Beaujour, 66, of Bridgeport, CT, loving wife of Pierre Gerard Beaujour for 46 years, died on May 23, 2021 at Cassena Care at Norwalk. Born in Les Cayes, Haiti, the daughter of Rochelin and Irma Gaetan. Guerda is survived by daughter, Rachelle Shabazz and her husband Osman and their children Rashana and Madina Shabazz, son Louis Beaujour and his son Rodcheed Beaujour, daughter Rose Haefs and her husband Jim and their children Eden and Asher Haefs, daughter Marie Gerarda Frey and her husband Nelson Alexander and their children Alana, Aurielle, Alexa and Autumn Frey, and daughter Jennifer Beaujour. Her sister Marie Carmel and brother Pierre Gerard (Francis) Gaetan and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews. She loved traveling and being around her family including daily calls to her children. She loved shopping, kept up with current events, known for her delicious dishes, talking on the phone with her cousins and friends, and making jokes. She was a hard worker and very generous. She was an active member of the Haitian Baptist Church since 1986 and sang in the choir and a member of the Women’s Group. She was notorious for her soft, big and beautiful heart. Her family will receive friends on Friday, June 4, from 5-8 PM at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk. Funeral Services will be held from 8-11AM on Saturday, June 5, (pending church confirmation) with burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk.
