Family and Friends are heartbroken by the passing of Rose Marie Sellers lovingly known as Rie or Aunt Rie. Rie gained her Heavenly Wings on Sunday April 25, 2021. Born November 5, 1951 in Santee South Carolina. She attended school in South Carolina and graduated from Robert's High School, She worked at Belldock for many years. Then she stepped out on faith and applied to work for the Catholic Family Services Child Care Program and graduated. This started a long career of childcare, and she was the best to ever do it!
Rie was predeceased by her parents James Wesley and Bernice Fogle, her husband Clarence Sellers, son Terrance Jackson, her brother James Fogle, sisters Bernice Bookhardt, Flossie Williams, Learline Fogle, Janie Mae Gadson, Mary Albritian and five brother in-laws. Rie is survived by her son's Derek Sellers (Tasha), Keith Sellers (Felicia), Hazel Paulk and Angela Ravenell (Leroy) and several Grandkids, a ton of Nieces, Nephews and Godchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 10:00 AM, Canaan Institutional Baptist Church, 31 Concord Street, Norwalk, CT. Family will receive guests from 9:00 AM until time of the service at the church. Interment will take place on Monday, May 3, 2021 at Riverside Cemetery, 81 Riverside Ave, Norwalk, CT.
