Shirley W. Kerr, formerly of New Milford, CT, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018 at County Rest Home in Greenwood, DE. She was 83. Ms. Kerr was born January 23, 1935 in Norwalk, CT to the late Percival Wright and Veronica Gorman Wright.
