My sincere condolences from myself and my beloved daughter Jennifer. Joan was my high school biology teacher in the late 60’s , she and I became very close personal friend and we shared a long term immensely loving relationship for years until she developed her illness in which broke my heart to watch as her memory failed her. We shared many, many holiday dinners together and I shared my family with her.... my dad, my sister Mary, and my children She was very loving to my dad and sister Mary while they were dying. Highly spiritual and devout and active Christian. I knew her Mom Nd 2 of her sisters and became part of her family as well. I will never forget your cakes you made for my girls birthdays. My sincerest apologies for not knowing that you took you final walk with Jesus. I will NEVER forget you my wonderful friend and I will see you again per Bible scripture. Thank you for so many wonderful years, laughs, tears, hugs, and shared life experiences. You will be truly miss by me and I will never forget your loving relationship with my Jennifer and all of my family May you Rest In Peace my friend and I’ll see you when I get there. Until then your final resting is well deserved. I know Jesus walks with you now. Sincerely yours , Kathy, Jennifer Jennifer and Anthony Simko
