Charlotte de Pierne, 102, of Brookfield, CT, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2025. Born in Norwalk, CT on August 14, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Frank de Pierne and Estella (Osler) de Pierne.

A graduate of Barnard College, Charlotte loved to travel and garden almost as much as she loved her cats and dogs, many of them rescues.

Charlotte worked as an export administrator in dental manufacturing, where her expertise and work ethic were highly valued.

She was a loving partner to Mary Katherine Montagne, and is also survived by her nephew, David Lewis, and her beloved cat, Patches. Charlotte was predeceased by her parents and her sister, Lavonne de Pierne Lewis.

A resident of Brookfield, CT, Charlotte was known for her kindness, intelligence, and strong sense of community. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
