Marion F Romano Obituary

Marion F. Romano, 86, died on November 12, 2024 at her home in Norwalk. A lifelong resident, she was born in Norwalk, the daughter of Willis and Lenora (Fitzgerald) Hoyt, and was also predeceased by her sisters Jean Hoyt and Joan Taylor and her beloved husband Robert J. Romano.


She worked at Loehmann's for many years. She liked tending to her flowers in the yard and being with her grandchildren.


Marion is survived by her daughter Jeanne Maxwell and her husband Calum, their children Damien and Heather, and son Robert Romano Jr. and his wife Laura, their daughter Ashley and husband Elliot and their daughter Olivia, as well as her brother Willis Hoyt Jr., and many nieces and nephews.


Graveside services will be held at 11AM on Monday, June 9, at Riverside Cemetery, 81 Riverside Avenue, Norwalk.
